Austria's Most Beautiful Kitchen (3rd Place)

This minimalist, award-winning kitchen impresses with its modern and elegant design. In the 2024 competition to select Upper Austria’s most beautiful kitchen, BAM Wohnen took third place in the “Exclusive Kitchen” category with this exclusive project. The hotel’s unique charm is evident right from the lobby. The reception island, finished in the ceramic color “Iseo,” and the matching floor tiles are the focal point of the entrance and restaurant areas and, together with the thoughtful details, create a welcoming atmosphere.

An eye-catcher in the kitchen

At the center is a solid ceramic island in a single piece, finished in the color “Sahara.” With its natural stone look, it creates a harmonious contrast to the smooth, beige built-in cabinets. Subtly integrated under-cabinet lighting further highlights the ceramic island, making it the focal point of the room. The kitchen also features hidden highlights, such as a cleverly designed cabinet with folding doors that discreetly provides additional storage space with ceramic elements.

Ceramic Meets Wood

In the bathroom, too, the design team relies on high-quality materials and harmonious contrasts. The ceramic surfaces in the “Sahara” color are combined here with warm wood elements. The vanity top with two modern countertop sinks is particularly elegant, making the space both functional and stylish. This project impressively demonstrates how thoughtful design, high-quality materials, and refined details can come together to create a harmonious aesthetic.
